SCVreviews.com provides automated review generation and reputation management services. We send review requests to your customers via SMS and email, and we integrate with your existing CRM and Google Business Profile.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscription Fees: Services are billed monthly in advance at the rates displayed on our website ($97, $197, or $297 per month).
No Free Trial: All subscriptions are paid from the start. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
Payment Method: We use secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
You are responsible for ensuring that your customer lists are accurate and that you have the necessary consent to contact your customers for review requests. We are not liable for any violations of anti-spam laws resulting from inaccurate or unauthorized lists.
All content and software provided by SCVreviews.com (excluding your data) is our property or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCVreviews.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold SCVreviews.com harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
